We have been enhancing its "Monozukuri" (manufacturing with craftsmanship) ability with full force for customer's satisfaction. We perform every operation such as "design, material arrangement, incoming inspection, machining, fabricated plate work, weld, buffing, electrolytic polishing, assembly, piping, hard wiring, test run tune up, validation, and so on" in house on our own equipment with our own employees. We perform Quality control and Production control thoroughly. HQ plant manufactures various types of pressure vessel, high speed rotation type dispersion machines and precision mechanical seals. Aso plant is specialized in Stainless Steel products with unit construction such as aseptic production equipments. As a "Monozukuri" company,

  1. As "Monozukuri" company, we respond to customers' needs through original technology and original products.

  2. Based on ISO9001, we provide high reliability products through complete quality control.

  3. We are making our manufacturing plant unitize as possible as we can. It has great benefit of cost reduction by reducing on-site works and period.

  4. Major equipment in the manufacturing plant is composed of original hardware which is made in our Plant.

  5. We adopt the cutting edge machine tools and inspection machine proactively.

  6. We have the accreditation and permission as follows; Welding boiler maker and First category Pressure vessel maker by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Specified equipment of the High Pressure Gas Safety Law, Approved Place of Business of Gas Business Act and Permission of Construction business by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

  7. Continuous streamlined production and inspection for each process We have the in-house manufacturing capability from start to end. Therefore we can make sure the control and inspection on each process. We perform test run including CIP/SIP in our Plant.
